Quality of Service

Before proposing any treatment, we listen to your needs and requirements and explain all of your options, including the benefits and drawbacks of each. We will answer any queries you may have and clarify any doubts you may have.

We take all reasonable efforts to protect you and our employees. We follow the ADA and AHPRA (the Dental Governing Body) established methods and guidelines. All clinical equipment is properly maintained, used, and certified, thanks to systems and contracts in place.

Team Qualities

We require all of our employees to participate in ongoing education and training to ensure that we are using the most up-to-date and effective evidence-based dentistry methods. To maintain the highest standards in all we do, we deploy management systems throughout the clinic.

Dr El-Sayed El-Ghadban

Dr Sayed graduated in 1995 with bachelor’s degree in dental medicine and Oral Surgery in Egypt from Alexandria university. He moved to Australia about 13 years ago and had his dental council completed in 2013. Dr Sayed started practising on Phillip Island in 2013. He enjoys practising all aspects of general dentistry, with particular interests in endodontics, oral surgery and implant dentistry. He takes the pride and satisfaction in never surpassing on providing the highest quality dental care all the possible treatment options, so they are actively involved in choosing a treatment plan that suits their needs.

Outside of his professional life, Sayed enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watching and playing soccer.

Dr Sayed is also fluent in Arabic.

Dr Kirolos Tadros

Dr Kirolos Tadros, a passionate and skilled dentist who recently graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor of Dental Health Science and a Masters of Dentistry. Originally from Melbourne, Dr Tadros chose to study on the Gold Coast where he developed extensive experience in general dentistry with a specific interest in the fields of endodontics and oral surgery. With a strong foundation in the latest dental techniques and a genuine commitment to patient care, Dr Tadros brings a fresh perspective and a personalised approach to every treatment. Kirolos is dedicated to helping patients achieve a healthy and beautiful smile in a comfortable and welcoming environment

Outside of his professional life, Kirolos loves spending time catching up with family and friends and enjoys a good game of basketball.

Dr Tadros is also fluent in Arabic.

Dr. Frank Noronha

Dr. Frank Noronha graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1990 and has been actively working as the principal dentist in private practice in metropolitan and regional Victoria for over 30 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all facets of dentistry, but has a passion in the area of Orthodontics, in both traditional fixed braces, as well as clear aligners (Invisalign) and early childhood interceptive orthopaedics.

Outside of his professional life Frank enjoys travel, experiencing the food and culture of other countries, catching the latest Hollywood movie, and driving along beautiful Australian roads.

Dr. Noronha is also fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.
